Atlantic Pizza & Deli's (AP&D) concept was developed when an East Coaster recognized that Park City was in desperate need of good quality affordable east coast style Italian food that could be eaten in, taken out or delivered. She then collaborated and designed a concept and menu that she believed will appeal to all ages and genders. The menu consists of pizza, stromboli, calzones, pasta dishes, appetizers, salads and traditional Italian entrees. AP&D's mission is to provide Italian style cuisine that is made with the highest quality fresh ingredients while remaining affordable for everyone. Lots of hard work and time was spent developing a dough recipe that was as close to traditional east coast style pizza dough while dealing with the element of high altitude.

Furthermore, the sauce and cheese are just as important as the dough. The sauce needs to have the correct consistency and flavor, the cheese needs to be of superior quality and the combination of sauce and cheese needs to be proportionally balanced so that each bite makes your mouth water and yearn for another slice! The menu ranges in price from $5-$15 for most items while not exceeding $25.00 for specialty items.
